 Hotel

Colonia centro (Mexico DF)
Projecto : Pascal Arquitectos (Mexico DF)
Año : 2003
Cuartos : 464

Located in a 26 floors skyscraper, this conference hotel has a total of 464 guestrooms, most of which offer views of the city’s downtown district and Alameda Park. The overall interior style is contemporary and elegant. The property houses a convention centre, boutiques, restaurants , cafeterias, spa and an heliport.
The lobby and lounge club at the entrance are furnished with soft velvet and leather custom made sofas, with matching consoles and teatables, completed by several light fixtures, all designed by Arq. Gerard and Carlos Pascal (Pascal Arquitectos).
The lobby is the central area of the hotel, from which all the others are reachable. The business center, opposite to the entrance, behind a huge dark wood portal (detail on the left), is equipped to offer the guest a great service and a confortable environment. In the same area, there are internet stations but also meeting corners, with leather sofas, armchairs, accent tables and table lamps. Dark wood dividers guarantee the guests’ privacy.
Los Dones restaurant offers international cuisine in a contemporary, refined atmosphere. The solid wood chairs are dark, with leather seat. The tables have a dark metal leg, with a yellow stone top.
La Terraza restaurant on the 6th floor, the most recent of the property, is – as the name suggests- located on a terrace, offering indoor and outdoor seats with a view. The chairs and tables have a steel structure, and the seats are made of natural fibers. The wooden floor and the huge windows gives the restaurant a very fresh and inviting look.
The Spa has 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a “lap pool” and a massage area with sauna. Around the swimming pools, a group of custom made chaise longue is at the guests disposal to relax after a bath. For the changing rooms, we manufactured waterproof teak-and-stainless steel benches and solid surface freestanding washbasins with integrated mirrors.
Casa Zeta also supplied all the doors in the guestrooms and corridors , together with corridor furniture (light fixtures, mirrors, consoles).
Guestrooms are contemporary and elegant in style, with dark wood furniture contrasting with lightly colored walls . Furniture comprehends headboards and bedbases, nightstands, a desk, a mediacenter, a bathroom vanity with stone top, mirrors, teatables, custom lighting fixtures and upholstered pieces such as armchairs and sofas.
