Studio GAIA was commissioned to design the first US prototype of CRISP - a down-to-earth mix of top-quality food tossed with a unique knack for mixing fresh and dynamic ingredients. CRISP offers a combo of centuries-old Middle Eastern food favorites and today’s nutrition-packed add ins. It offers New York City the kind of fusion it really needs: fresh and fast; classic and new.
In designing CRISP, vibrant orange and green colors were selected to represent and enhance the freshness of CRISP’s ingredients and owners’ philosophy. Warm wood and light flooring brighten this petite eatery.
Custom seating kiosks with stainless reflectors create playful unique ambience.
