Studio GAIA was commissioned to design the first prototype of Fresco on the go by Scotto family.
Fresco on the go is a new take on the New York Fast food frenzy in downtown NY along with many other previous Studio GAIA projects- Cafeteria, Republic & Dishes.
Graced with a 4000 square foot space, the Fresco on the go is divided into 3 areas by different height of platforms- welcoming station, ordering station and the seating station.
It’s a fine Italian deli with crisp and fresh atmosphere motivated from old Tuscany region in Italy.
The sunflower graphic images both on the ceiling and inside of hanging lamp, the dotted mural of Tuscany landscape and the overall color schemes are the evident of this theme.
